I sold some new boots to a newish member ... 3 items bought before mine. I have been left negative feedback stating disappoint now if I had been dissatisfied I would have contacted buyer before leaving negative feedback. I sent item off promptly and sent them 1st class despite only charging for 2nd class......1st time in 10 years of buying and selling on here and I'm gutted.
Any thoughts?

You could tactfully contact the Buyer and ask them why they were disappointed when the boots were new and you are rather disappointed that they left you negative feedback without contacting you first and not allowing you to try and resolve any problem.
If you can work out some kind of solution with the Buyer they MAY agree to revising the feedback but its not guaranteed.
You do this by sending them a Feedback revision request.
