The title covers most of it - I converted 10,000 Nectar points to a £50 voucher, and it's not appearing at the checkout. I've confirmed that the voucher was created.
This is the first time I've had this issue, but it's also the first time I've tried to make a purchase from a non-UK seller.
Can anyone help?
