Hi. I ordered a rug for £119 yesterday. The seller has contacted to tell me that they do not have the rug I ordered, and to offer me an alternative or a full refund. The alternative was not to my liking, and the seller has already refunded PayPal, but only £69 because I used a £50 Nectar coupon from Sainsbury's supermarket. I've been in touch with PayPal, and they have confirmed the £69 refund from the seller. They advised me to seek the refund of the £50 from you. I wish for the £50 to either be refunded to my Nectar or to be kept within eBay for me to redeem on my next purchase.
