Nectar Voucher Refund

I purchased an item with my Nectar points via ebay - I got a refund for the item and have been advised that the Nectar vocuher has been refunded, however I dont know where this vocuher is as its not on my ebay account or Nectar account.  Any suggestions? Thanks

If you go to nectar under ebay summary, all vouchers are shown top right.

May not be immediate reissue of voucher.
