A buyer chooses low cost non trackable postage (2nd class Royal Mail) ; item claimed not received
I have provided printed PO proof of postage and now ebay have clawed back value of goods supposedly because goods could not be tracked despite buyers choice of postage
When I purchase I understood that choice of postage & insurance my responsibility. Now I am selling still my responsibility.
Buyers never choose premium postage and sellers still responsible ?
