How do I find out if my Ebay account which I started in 2005 is is a personal or business account as I cannot remember. With the new payment arrangements Ebay have introduced and changes to my company I need to make some changes to my account

You only have to go to your own feedback page to check - it would show under your username if you were registered as a business seller.
