My account got suspended permanently for no reason MC113

Hello there, I created this account 3-4 days ago and today I ordered some items from ebay UK. After an hour I got 4 5 mails says your order cancelled and eventually got the account suspension mail from ebay. Mail says: 

Your eBay account has been permanently suspended because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community.

I didn't do anything to violate the rules. I got banned for no reason and my money hasn't returned to my bank account. What can I do to reopen it. Is there any mail address that I can explain my issue I couldn't find any live chat, phone number or mail address.

Did you have a previous Account that didn't work out well?  EBay must have some History on you or you are Connected to another Ex  Member's Address who has also been Suspended. No point in Contacting Ebay. Your Account says you are "No Longer a Registered Member," so no sorry EBay won't change their mind.  You should Receive the Items you have Paid for.

Yes My previous account was suspended for no reason too. Also the money paid by credit card , They didnt return it when do you think they ll return the money I paid. Do you have any recommendations on how can I create new Ebay account and use it without fear of gettint suspended?

As explained, YOU are permanently banned from ebay, trying to open new accounts won't work.

I contacted with Ebay US support and thankfully support team reinstated my account. Thanks for help
