My money is on hold and I need my money I don't know why it's on hold and every time he tells me to update my account I put in my banking and routing number and it says that it cannot verify that the count belongs to me yes it does cuz I called my bank and my bank says there's nothing wrong with my banking account and my banking number and routing number is right so I don't know what the it's going on but I need my money and I need the whole lifted
