Missing watch

Hi. I purchased a rare watch from America and the guy sent me a parcel which did not have a watch in it, there was a psi thing instead. I have tried contacting the Seller to explain but he is not responding and I'm getting quite nervous now. Any ideas what I should do.

Use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open a Case in the Resolution Centre for Item Not As Described. The Seller has 3 Business Days to Accept the Return. You will have to Return the "Psi thing" back to him with Tracked Postage. Which you need to add into the Case. Once the Tracking shows Attempted Delivery or Delivered back to the Seller. Ebay will Force the Refund.
