Missing parts

Hi

I had a packag arrie with half the contents are missing. The seller stated they would send a replacement but then ebay closed the file saying no refund would be given. The agreement I had with the seller was a replacement do to half the content missing. The item is useless without the parts missing, what can I do now? UK

When a case is opened,  it gives the seller 3 days to accept it,  and fully refund you,  if they want their item sending back first,  they pay for a fully tracked returnd postage,  and have 48 hours to refund you once the item is seen to have ben posted.

Replacement,  is  not a good option to agree to.  If they are promised ,  but  do not arrive within the time the case is opened,  you would need to escalate,  and it forces a full refund.

If this case closed because there was no escalation you cannot open another with eBay for this item,  you can try and open one with Paypal.
