Tracking indicates item arrived and recieved by Argos, but ebay not updated data to buyer I dictating pickup, has item been lost at the Argos depot
The buyer needs to contact ebay and ask them for the code as they only have 7 days to collect and over that time they could lose their money and item
The seller must make sure that the tracking or 16 digit code is on the item in the Sold section proving Delivered to the collection shop. If you have that then you would win a not recieved dispute
