Hi everyone. Would like some feedback on an e bay case. No SELLER PROTECTION BY E BAY I LISTED AN ITEM SIZE APPROX THE SAME SIZE AS A CAR E BAY ADVERT CLEARLY STATES COLLECTION IN PERSON HAVING WON THE BID THE BUYER DECIDES HE CANT BE BOTHERED TO COME AND COLLECT AS ITS 250 miles away
and has opened a " not received goods claim and i have had my payment frozen well he obviously has not got his item as he has not collected it
E bay says i should give frefund this is not going to happen
No seller protection what so ever. E bay policy you are responsible for ypur bid take no notice they are only intrested in buyers not intrested and give no help tp sellers
ad clearly states collection in person. Closing account not willing to trade with companys who dont play Fair
