Hi guys, how do I look at my chat history with a buyer as there is a payment dispute where the buyer claims they did not receive the code from a PSN plus that I did send but I can't prove to eBay to give me my money back. Please help.

You won't win an Item Not Received Case unless you have Tracking which Confirms Delivery to the Address which Ebay sent you. 

You also need to Upgrade your Account as a Business Seller.  You are Trading illegally on a Private Account which is just for Selling your own Second Hand Items from in and around your home.
