Mattress

I have just bought a mattress , which was described as orthopaedic... when you try to lay on it you fall between the spring . There is no way this is orthopaedic. The seller will give me a refund but wants me to pay tracked postage.. this is a misleading advert . How do I complain to eBay and try and get this resolved? HELP !

You do not "complain" to ebay.  You open a case for "not as described" in the resolution centre [link below]  the seller then sends you a label to return at his cost.

This is where it gets silly as it will probably be a Royal Mail 2kg label which will cause hilarity at the Post Office.  You then have to contact ebay through "help and contact" to get an acceptable means of tracked return.

There are items that I would never buy on eBay.  Matresses now added.
