Marking item as collected without code

Hello,

I’ve sold 2 items and buyer has collected and left feedback but they can’t work out we’re the collection code is.
Does anyone know how to mark as collected without the code.

Using a Desktop Site - Find the Sold Items to the right - More Actions - Mark as Dispatched.

Phone app doesn’t have those options all sorted now thank you.
