Lower seller rating

Good morning, back on May the 9th a customer / competetor purchased four items from us, he received them promtly and left us positive feedback but he decided to score us low on everything and that in my opinion is as bad to us as negative, we asked him about it and he was shock and tried to make out he had not left us a low score for anything, well that was months ago and we took it on the chin as they say, now it is the 11th of Aug but they are still showing on our dash board? at what point do they come off? we received a neutral over the weekend and that went on the dashboard near enough straight away,  so we are .30 away from loosing the top rating we are aiming for, any ideas when they wil drop off?

If you are on a 3 month evaluation period then they may stop being counted after 20th August at next evaluation day
