Hi, I was browsing for a Hair Trimmer and put a particular one in the Basket rerady to purchase, I noticed it was not the same as the Product Number and did not proceed to Check Out.
I found the correct item with another seller and made a purchase.
I received an email from eBay to say "Complete your Purchase with the one I did not proceed with.
I checked my Basket, nothing in there? I checked purchases nothing there apart from the one I did purchase.
Checked eBay Messages nothing there?
Any advise would be helpful

It's a generic email sent out because item went in basket first.
If it is not in your Purchase History, you have not bought the item.
I would check all of the above with the more reliable desktop browser, and not the app.
