I bought an eBike battery in February. Used it about 6 times.
Stored it correctly charged and dis not fully discharge it ever.
It will now not charge. It was purchased on 3rd February.
are tere any statutory protections (i.e. 1 year guarantee) on purchases from eBay.......and do the sellers (based in China in this instance) pay any attention ? I've sent the seller a note without response as yet.
