Listings disappear from shop

Hi 

Im new to ebay business 

I started listing last week (i think or early this week) and i've logged on today and have noticed my listings have disapeared from my store? However when i look at my mobile app i can see the listings in down as active. also when i go to my seller hub i can see my active listings but still nothing on the store front and they appeared here earlier in the week and last night?!?

Could anyone shed a little light on my problem

The site throws up all sorts of glitches,  especially when using an app or phone.

I can see you have 13 listings clearly,  should there be more?

😳 ohhh really, 🙈 makes my question look a little stupid now hahahaha,
Yes I think a have about 13 items 2-3 makeup brush sets and then all the rest are nail art stuff.

Really trying to get the hang of all of this, but it’s alot

No, your question is not stupid at all, always come on this forum with no matter how small a question! The site does have glitches, and can have Harry Potter days, with things appearing an disappearing!
