I unwittingly listed a banned item and it was removed. On trying to list new item, this message appears - eBay has restricted your ability to list new items for approximately three days as a result of a policy violation. You can still access other features on eBay. - is there anything I can do ?

The only thing you can do is wait out the 3 day restriction.

The restriction has been placed for a reason.
