Can anyone tell me why it is possible to have a late delivery defect becasue a buyer says so, when the parcel was delivered in less then 24hrs, dispatched same day and full tracking provided and uploaded to ebay? What does ebay do about these kind of buyers? Who intentionally lie about the delivery.
