LATE DELIVERIES - BEING PENALISED

Hi, just wondering if we are going to be penalised for late deliveries during the inclement weather conditions, our couriers could not get to us last thursday so no goods went out, also local post office, as we live in a village did not have any collections so the post didnt move for two days.  Our couriers are still trying to catch up as is the postman, so how does that affect us with on time deliveries?????????????
