June 2021 Discount Codes work for every item?

Do the discount codes advertised for 5% and 7% apply to every item? I can't see to find the answer anywhere.

Where are you getting these discount codes from?

Unless they are issued to you by eBay there's a high chance they wont work at all as many offers are account specific.
