Jacket unopened pay case

I cancelled this jacket with the seller as it says it's a 14
But more like 10
I never seen this bit until I had bid on it
I tried to cancel it and the guy was adamant it wasnt a good enough excuse and told me I would have to buy it then give it away
I feel it's really unfair to have open a case against me
As I know as a seller it's easy enough to cancel on request

Seller's have two ways to get their fees credited,  a cancellation or an unpaid item dispute.  Yours chose the latter.  I don't think it was a good excuse either,  you should have read the full description before bidding.

EBay won't help.
