I need to return this item.

I have not cancelled the return.

I cannot get any help from Paypal. None

Because the item is heavy, I needed to arrange more money that the 48 Hour Royal Mail option. And so I stopped the return.

But I still have the item and I can't send it back.

Please can someone help?

I need the return item, counter reset and then I can arrange the return again.
