Brought item got tracking number item has been taken down went to contact seller and says there is an error and can not contact seller . Never had this problem before . have I been mugged off ???

No. So long as you follow instructions it is virtually impossible for a buyer to lose money.

Why it has been removed I don't know, it could simply be because the seller has not paid fees. So you may receive it, what does the tracking say?

If it arrives and is ok, then you do nothing more, if here is a problem and is not As Described then you open a case with paypal to get a refund.

If it does not arrive then you open a Not Received Case with Paypal. Escalate after 2 days and by day 20.

Thanks for the reply , I paid via bank as buy it now . I’ve tried to message seller and says there is an error , I’m absolutely gutted as was the only present my daughter has asked for Xmas .
