Item specifics

I closed my shop for two weeks and when reopened I had 61 listings missing item specifics.  I have never listed an item without. It is Brand & Type. Cannot revise on listing or seller hub.  eBay reps have said 24/48 hours pr 3/5 days.  It has now been 3 weeks. My account is virtually useless.  The only sales have been on two sponsored listings.  Call back have said two min wait and then I get an email saying they couldn't contact me on my number!  I think they are blocking me.  I have had this account for 15 years 100% positive feedback and no problems
