Someone purchased something from me and asked for refund despite my no refund policy. I declined the refund and case was closed. The item is showing on my sold page as returned??
As a Private Seller you can decline Change of Mind Returns. However if your Buyer opened an Item Not As Described Case you should have accepted it and then Refunded once the Item was Returned to you.
