Bought a joblot and the day after seller said they had covid. I was in no rush so said I was happy to wait 2 weeks for them to then ship.
I contacted them after 2 weeks and they said they would ship either Monday or Tuesday of this week.
i asked for confirmation and tracking details. I have heard nothing and they are no longer responding to me.
my question is this ( I know I'll get refunded so not worried about this). But how can I ensure my negative feedback isn't removed. And I'm guessing they have the right to relist item to either do the same to another eBay member or as I suspect ref list item for a higher price.
You have to be careful what you say.
Dont mention ebay or dispute
Just something simple somthing like seller did not honour sale.
