How are people dealing with missing items, when you have GPS information from the courier saying the item has been delivered to the correct address and the correct name has been given, case opened by the buyer for non delivery a few days later and ebay refunding. Second time this has happened to us this year.
If you are being made to refund buyers even through the tracking record confirms delivery to their address it sounds as though you are doing something wrong.
Are you uploading the tracking number to eBay correctly? You MUST do this before the buyer opens a case, see: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/posting-items/tracking-items-youve-sold?id=4088
If you have done everything correctly and the case is still found against you, you can appeal the decision: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/managing-returns-refunds/appeal-ebays-decision-return-missing-it...
