Item not received

I was told item I purchased on June 13 would arrive on Friday 16 June . It hasn't arrived. 
I would like a refund.

You had 30 days to claim a full refund under eBay's 30 day MBG,  this is written on every listing.

You have passed that timeline,  so now open a case for item not received with Paypal.  Escalate after 2 days and before 20 for a refund.

They will take longer to refund you than eBay would,  as they delve into cases far more deeply than eBay do.

Sorry,  but your comment makes no sense .

You claim you purchased an item I have no idea what item,   on the 13th of June in which case my answer is correct you are out of time to claim with eBay and need to do so now with Paypal.

I have no idea what you mean in reply to @tressygirl .  If the item was due to be delivered on 16th June then more than 30 days have passed and you are out of time to use an ebay case.   If you meant "July" then that is another matter. 

Simply do as advised and open a Paypal case.  None of us have any clue as to what you are buying. We are members like you and not eBay and not connected to your seller
