 hi, my daughter bought some trainers as a guest from this buyer but they haven't arrived and we don't know how to find the purchase details to chase it up.  My daughter says she didn't get a confirmation email. What can we do? Thanks

Follow the steps Here and if you still cannot open a case for Item Not Received then find the transaction in Paypal and open a case with them and escalate for a decision after 2 days and before 20 days.

 

Don't go to Paypal first as if you lose an eBay case you can open another with Paypal but lose a Paypal case you cannot then open one with eBay.
