Item not as described

Hi all

I bought an ornament last year clearly described as a 'wooden sculpture'. Following a small drop it has broken and it's clearly resin, not wooden at all. Original ad say wooden but seller is now denying it. Any suggestions please? The eBay help function doesn't appear to offer the option of get eBay on the case!

you are out of time to do anything through ebay

There is nothing you can do on ebay as you have 30 days to open a dispute

You have 180 days on paypal if you paid that way.

You can always try but they may not accept the dispute
