My item ran the full length of the auction.  Once completed the winning buyer has chosen to cancel the offer. I have accepted their cancellation. How're I would like to re-list the item or offer it it to the second highest bidder.  What is the process I need to do now?  Thanks

You should not have cancelled for a non payer

Ebay send messages to the memeber reminding them to pay 

You wait for 4 days and on the 5th day you can cancel

You get your fees back and ebay may relist

Go to the item in your Sold section and the option to offer second chance should be there.

If you want to relist then that option should be there too
