Is there any means of speaking to Ebay now ? If not by phone which is no longer possible - email ? - text? - virtual assistant - I was excited to find that at one stage but it wouldn't work !  Typed in message but  wouldn't send !

You have to use HELP & CONTACT and scroll down for contact options. They are not available 24/7.

However you would do far better by entering the subject into Help & Contact or asking here as most of the "I need to contact ebay " requests are not necessary and just a waste of time. If the problem is something that only ebay can deal with, your personal details or Account for example, then we  would tell you, but that could be a long wait trying to contact ebay.
