Is eBay UK blocking country-specific users?

It is now 24 hours since I face an intermittent problem I will explain below:

Clicking any item on the ebay.co.uk website redirects to the 'Error Page | eBay' (https://www.ebay.com/n/error) with the message 'We looked everywhere. Looks like this page is missing. If you still need help, visit our help pages.' This applies to all items including those enabled for shipping to my location (India).

Furthermore, the 'Hello username' tab with the dropdown menu no longer displays the feedback score in '( )' next to my username. The Watch List shortcut also drops down with the message 'Sign in to see your user information'. Upon signing in I get the message 'We ran into a problem. Please try again later.' and redirects to (https://www.ebay.co.uk/signin/s).

All this while I remain logged into my account. Also, all items under the complete Watch List, Purchase History, Bids/Offers, etc.. are fully listed but clicking any item redirects to the above mentioned Error page.

However, I can reply to and receive seller messages.

The same shortcut problems persist on ebay.com, but I am able to view all items by changing the url from ebay.co.uk to ebay.com.

A quick chat with eBay reps yielded the usual advice to clear cache, restart browser, use different browser, log off / login, to no avail. They also confirmed my account to be free of any restrictions or holds.

As mentioned, I am intermittently able to view items and my Watch List shortcut but after a few seconds or refreshing the page I face the same problems.

I have accessed ebay.co.uk through proxy websites by selecting multiple country webservers and am able to view the items without problems. Clearly this is not a browser or cache issue. Is eBay currently updating its API?

Much appreciate any advice/ information/ confirmation from my fellow eBayers. Thanks very much.
