For the last four days when trying to reply to several buyers on messages, I can only type one letter before the cursor disappears. I use a PC.
I can get it back by clicking on screen using the mouse, but I need to do that after every letter.
Mine is business account so multiple messages each day. I also manage two charity accounts, one has the same issue but one doesn't.
I use Chrome, or Microsoft Edge, I have access to a Macbook and all three accounts are showing the same problem on each. I messaged ebay support three days ago, they usually respond quickly to technical issues but I have heard nothing yet so wondering if anyone has the same. I also commented on 'what do you think'.
Cache and cookies are cleared every other day.
Any ideas.
I am having to type the reply in Word and copy& paste it into the message body but it has spaces which don't make sense.
The design of messages changed at around the same time.
