I like to pay my seller fees by using one-time payment link but this month (June 2019), the screen is different. I can't select amount of fees as I've sold a few more items since the invoice was produced but although I log onto paypal, once logged on, it goes back to the payment screen but the
make one-time payment
box is greyed out and nothing happens when I click it.
I guess I'll just have to wait until the 15th of the month and see what happens with the auto payment and remember to leave funds in my paypal account.
(I did think about contacting customer support a 63 minute wait in the phone queue (so too long for a free call), call back not available, chat not available.)
