I'm a uk based eBay seller using managed payments and I've had some recent emails from potential buyers in Australia, New Zealand saying that either they can't see my listings and/or the item says it has no postage option to their country and therefore won't allow them proceed to the checkout.
My listings are all checked to sell and post in these countries but I'm still having this issue. I'm basicall selling formed plastic parts which is fine to sell regarding customs.
The odd thing is that I have sold to Australia a hand full of times via eBay so why is it some can complete the purchace and some can't in these countries?! Thanks for anyones help and advice in advance.
Using an account registered in Eire I looked at a couple of your items and clicked on the postage tab for Australia and got the required postage to complete the purchase.
that would point to the problem being with the buyer.
