Is anyone else having problems. Buyer from Italy was not charged my international postage rate for Italy. No postage charged. Chat to ebay revealed technical fault which has been reported. I have had to bear the cost of postage or lose the sale. Ebay said they cannot do anything about it and it is up to me to invoice the buyer via paypal to pay the postage fees.
What on earth are we paying seller fees for, if we have to do all the work to get what we are owed because or an ebay fault!!!!!
