Anybody help with this please?

I have a buyer in Australia who wants to buy some of my items, but can't as states 'I do not ship to australia'

Well I do, I use GSP  - and the country in question is not blocked.

I have sold there before and recently to sweden.

Any ideas please.

Put their ID on your exemption list to lift any blocks:

if they cannot pay you can send a revised invoice to them with increased postage to Oz to send direct to them.
