International Buyers/bidders

Morning! Me again, I have listed some of my items as UK buyers only in description, set the exclusion list (ticked all available boxes) NOT selected the Global Shipping Option and I am still getting international bids, currently one from Bulgaria (which is clearly listed in the exclusions) anyone know how to stop this please?

Have not had chance to check many but the country seems to be blocked

Did you tick Block buyers whose primary delivery address is in a location I don't post too.

If you have it set to block bidders in Bulgaria then unless you send them a new invoice with the postage to their country then they will not be able to pay.

You can open a non payment after 2 days and close after another 4 days to get your fees back
