Indefinitely removed your ability to sell

Hi

Got today email that account Indefinitely removed your ability to sell

Before that had received mc011 then provided all documents.

Then they said Indefinitely removed your ability to sell.

Can anyone guide me as i dont know why they taken that step.
My account performance was good.

An indefinite restriction does I'm afraid mean a lifetime ban.

Only registered businesses who were selling these items before the pandemic struck,  are allowed to sell them now.

It is strange that you have been given an indefinite ban, as 3 neutral feedbacks and your star rating is good would not affect this.

However,  if eBay took your items off  sale,  and you kept relisting them,  the  restriction does get more severe each time,  and  you can end up with an indefinite ban,  is this what happened?

I didn't received any warning and didn't list again and again.

It suddenly happened and don't know the reason.

In that case I suggeat you contact eBay CS directly, they will not go into the restricrtion in depth, but if you say the email explaining the restriction was lost , or not very explanatory, they may at least tell you why the restriction was applied.

To contact eBay Customer Support type in Advanced Search in the Help & Contact tab top of your eBay page , and scroll down to bottom of that page, there should be two options for contact, Chat with Us, and Have Us Call you. Both will give an approximate waiting time too.

Lines are opne now until 10 pm tonight, and reopen at 8 a.m. tomorrow

I didn't receive any warning and ebay just suddenly once took all listening off for sale and asked to provide invoices for item I'm selling and they asked about mask invoices which i provided and then after ban for ever.

Is it due to selling mask? Since i listed mask my sales boosted and which may triggered mco11.

Is there anyway to get the ban lifted?

It would seem that you were caught as have many others listing protective face masks under “Fancy Dress & Period Costumes” etc.

Are we not allowed face mask to list there? If no then it must be reason. As i didn't know any way to get it sorted?
