Hello All,
I purchased an airpod pro from ebay. Initially when the item arrived, the serial number check proved it was a genuine product from Apple. In a month't time after purchase, the seller replaced the item and now the item sold to me is inactive or out of warranty.
Considering this sale is more than 30 days old, I reached out to the seller but not having the right response. I can't either reach out to ebay support on this issue. What options to I have for ebay to step in for this illegal sale?
I am very disappointed there are no options on the site to reach to ebay support. Any email that I can use?
Thanks
You did have 30 days from Delivery to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and Return for a Full Refund.
If you Paid through PayPal. You have 180 days Buyer Protection. You can try opening a Case for Item Not As Described. Log in and find Resolve a Problem down the left hand side. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.
