If I sell an item under the 'Pay no more than a Pound' offer

If I sell an item under the 'Pay no more than £1' offer and then give a 2nd Chance offer to a different bidder do I still only get charged the £1 on the second sale or will I be charged the full eBay fees?

Is only for the Original Sale. Not if you end up Selling to a Second Chance Bidder. That would be the full Fees.
