Please could someone adivse me as i purchased a vacuum cleaner which was not as described - the case was closed when the seller issued a replacement part, however this part has now also faulty and as the case was closed i cannot reopen it. i believe that the seller sent me a faulty item knowing that when closed the case i had no comeback as they said that i needed to close the case before they could issue this part.
