You've already paid fees,  two lots.  A seller fee when the item sold,  this you can retrieve,   and a listing fee which is not refundable.

So,  if your buyer has not paid within 4 days, you can now cancel that order stating buyer has not paid, and your seller fee will be refunded, the item will be relisted unless you choose it not to relist.

Car was classified so no final fee to pay, just listing fee.

You should have left listing live until you got paid.

If you relist, pay fee again.
