I received faulty goods and returned them. They came back to me, not known at this address

How do I actually get to message or speak to someone at Ebay so I can claim my money back.  I tried to return the item.  This seller is obviously a bit suspect as he does not exist at the address he gave Ebay and never replies to my messages

As long as tracking shows attempted delivery, escalate case to ebay for refund.

I am sorry to say Ebay have been useless on this one and we have had to resort to a charge back from the bank. The problem was that Ebay supplied a return label, but my printer packed up as I went to print it off. I paid myself at the post office for delivery and a signature but there is not option to add my tracking details and Ebay are just not interested. I shall never use them again for any large purchases as I can't trust them. It is obvious that this is a "dodgy" seller who does not live at the address he supplied and never answers emails.

You should have contacted ebay CS with new tracking info, you didn't say this originally.
