Hello. I want to resume sales but my data has changed because I moved from Poland to England. They ask on Ebay to verify my data. Please write down what I should do so that I can put the items up for sale

You need to Contact Customer Support from Help and Contact at the very foot of the Page. Enter Advanced Search and scroll down to the Phone Link for EBay to Call you back. Live Chat should also be available. Explain that you need to Verify your Account.
