I cant list my item

Everytime I go to list my item, it asks me to complete sign up. Which I dont understand why i have to do as im already signed in on my account. Then when i do it, and click complete, it just keeps saying "something went wrong, try again later". It is getting extremely frustrating that i cannot sell my item. Can anybody help?

Probably because your Selling account has been unused for more than a year and eBay has blocked it for security reasons or/and needs updating and resetting including > Selling account  Managed Payments  setup before listing ... Recheck/update using a PC/Laptop >

Have you convered your account to selling?  There is a lot more to selling than buying.

I suggest you go to HELP & CONTACT and enter Start Selling and follow instructions.
